Brandon Pierce

Team owner

Brandon Pierce, a former basketball player in high school, his passion for basketball began on the court and has evolved into a leadership role off it, where he now guides the team that brings people together through athletics.

As the Owner of the Clark County Trash Pandas Brandon is the visionary behind the organizations mission to build a community-driven professional basketball franchise in Clark County. 

With a passion for sports and local development, Brandon founded the Trash Pandas with a commitment to creating opportunities for athletes while fostering pride and unity within the community. Under his leadership, the organization emphasizes integrity, competitive excellence, and meaningful community impact.

Veronica Fridley

President of business operations

Veronica grew up in Lithuania until she was eight years old when her family moved to Ridgefield, WA, after graduating from Ridgefield High School she spent several years helping various companies grow in sales. 
 
In 2026 Veronica joins the Clark County Trash Pandas Organization as President of Business Operations, where she will lead the strategic growth and financial direction of the organization. She oversees sponsorship development, ticket sales, marketing initiatives, and community partnerships.
 
With a strong background in sports business and brand development, Veronica is dedicated to creating a first-class entertainment experience for fans while building sustainable relationships with local businesses. Through innovation and community engagement, Veronica plays a vital role in expanding the Trash Pandas’ presence throughout Clark County.
Christopher Atkinson

President of basketball operations

Chris Grew up in Vancouver, WA and graduated as the second class to graduate from Heritage High School in 2002.  Basketball has been apart of Chris’ life the past 30 years, as a player, Development coach and now front office management. 
 
Chris serves as President of Basketball Operations for the Clark County Trash Pandas, overseeing all player personnel decisions, coaching strategy, and competitive development. With extensive experience in player evaluation and team building, Chris is committed to constructing a roster that reflects the organization’s gritty, fast-paced identity.
 
Under his leadership, the Trash Pandas focus on developing high-character athletes prepared to compete at the next level while representing Clark County with pride. Chris works closely with the coaching staff to ensure a culture of accountability, discipline, and competitive excellence.
Bailey Atkinson

Director of Game Day Operations

Bailey Atkinson grew up in Vancouver, WA having graduated from Mountain View High School in 2013, she just finished her fourth season as coach for the 7th and 8th graders in the Hockinson School district.
 
Bailey joins the Clark County Trash Pandas Organization as Director of Game Day Operations where she is responsible for delivering an exciting and seamless fan experience at every home game. From arena setup and entertainment coordination to staff management and event flow, Bailey ensures that each game reflects the energy and professionalism of the organization.
 
She works closely with marketing, media, and community partners to create a game day atmosphere that is family-friendly, engaging, and unforgettable.
David Mase

General Manager

David Mase was born and raised in Kelso, WA  and graduated from Kelso High School in 1997. David has spent the last three and a half seasons in The Basketball League with various franchises. 
 
David joins the Clark County Trash Pandas Organization as the team’s first General Manager where he is responsible for managing daily basketball operations and organizational logistics. He coordinates player contracts, league compliance, scheduling, and roster management.
 
Known for attention to detail and strong leadership, David ensures the organization runs efficiently both on and off the court. His collaborative approach helps align front office strategy with the team’s long-term vision.
